Terms of Agreement
Pickup is preferred. Delivery is charged at $30 within 20 kms of Greenwood (for outside this area, please contact us for prices).
A bond of 50% of the total value of the order or $100 (if you order is $100 or less) and is required prior to your event.
Breakages, damages or loss will result in a charge of $40 per item or the replacement cost (whichever is lower) deducted from your bond. Any broken or damaged items MUST be returned .
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking with the balance payable 7 days prior to your event.
Please do not wash these items in a dishwasher – hand wash only.
The china will be packed securely in crates. We ask that you please repack in the same manner.
By payment of your invoice, you agree to the terms listed above.
